Private and Public Freight Marketplace for Brokers, Shippers and Carriers

LoadBetter is a freight marketplace built private-first. Brokers and shippers publish loads to the carriers they already trust, collect bids, counteroffers, and Book Now responses, and open a load to the LoadBetter Public Marketplace when they need more reach. FAQ

What is LoadBetter?
LoadBetter is a freight marketplace built private-first. Shippers and brokers invite the carriers they already trust, publish loads to them, and can open the same freight to the LoadBetter Public Marketplace when they need more capacity.
Will my private loads automatically become public?
No. A load is only visible on the Public Marketplace if you publish it there. Private loads stay inside the audience you selected.
What is the difference between the Public Marketplace and Loadboard Network?
The Public Marketplace is LoadBetter's own public freight marketplace. Loadboard Network is an external, inbound source of additional freight opportunities for carriers using LoadBetter.
Do I need to replace my TMS?
No. LoadBetter works alongside your TMS. TMS integrations, including Revenova, are in development.
How does pricing work?
Brokers and 3PLs start free — no credit card, no transaction fees. Broker Pro is planned at
49 per month per company (coming soon) and carriers are free forever. See Pricing for plan details.
